Introducing Jasmine, the former model who defied convention and set out on her own path.
Jasmine C. Green - a model agent, diversity advocate, and beauty influencer who is determined to transform the fashion industry for the better. With more than 13 years of experience in the fashion and modeling world, Jasmine knows all too well how exclusive opportunities can be based on unrealistic beauty standards. It's her mission to bridge the gap between models of all ages, shapes, and sizes and mainstream brands so that everyone can be seen and celebrated.
MARZ Enterprise was named in honor of Jasmine’s late mother, Marzetta Ross-Green. At MARZ we strive to ensure all of our models feel empowered and respected while giving them the platform they deserve to shine. Whether you are a professional model or new to the industry, our team is committed to connecting you with fulfilling opportunities where your unique talents will be recognized.
She believes that no matter your age, size, or ethnicity everyone has a place in this world—and at MARZ we look forward to helping make that dream a reality!
At MARZ, she is on a mission to disrupt the beauty industry and redefine what “beautiful” means. The goal is to empower women to create their own version of beauty.
She believes in hiring and booking real people from all walks of life and providing them with the resources they need to stay healthy and successful in their careers. That’s why we are dedicated to combatting mental health issues, eating disorders, sexual harassment, and other problems associated with the lack of resources available to models through their agency.
Jasmine understands the importance of diversity in today’s ever-evolving fashion market, so our talent reflects that commitment. With an emphasis on promoting diverse representation in the modeling world, we hope to continue inspiring individuals from all backgrounds to explore the beauty industry in a positive way.
Jasmine has achieved tremendous success in the modeling industry. With over thirteen years of experience, she has appeared in and produced more than thirteen fashion shows across Washington D.C., Maryland, and New York. Jasmine has collaborated with numerous prints and commercial projects for both herself and other models, representing major brands such as KEURIG, Walmart, AdWeek, AdColor, PopSugar Beauty, Pandora, Sephora, Tom Boy X, Downtown Locker Room, MunaLuchi Bride, New York Fashion Week, and Baltimore Style Magazine.
A particularly impressive achievement is that Jasmine has built this career from scratch; when her parents passed away at the age of twelve she began developing an interest in fashion by studying the models on ANTM. As a child Jasmine was never exposed to any models that looked like her—black or brown models were non-existent to her eyes before ANTM—and this led her to sign with a model management firm.
After signing with a model management firm, Jasmine soon discovered that her modeling career was being held back by broken promises and false narratives of what beauty looked like. Undeterred, she chose to manage herself and left the agency – this was when she learned how to truly navigate the fashion industry. With MARZ, Jasmine has helped many models successfully overcome adversity and break away from outdated advertising practices.
Jasmine continues to prove her commitment to celebrating real people and works with like-minded brands that value change and progress toward disrupting global beauty standards. Follow along as she challenges conventions and sets a new standard of success!
“Working with MARZ is such a great honor. As an MUA I have learned so much from Jasmine. When it comes to the way she runs her business so efficiently. Seeing how dedicated and trusting her models are in her is an inspiration in itself. Her professionalism and vision for diversity in the modeling/ beauty industry is something that is unmatched.”
